WHY

First Quadrant (FQ) wanted an outlet for its collection of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds to express their thoughts to any topic not considered for a research paper.

HOW

Created a blog page in the FQ website. Along with creating the page is designing a replicable and timely process of posting and distribution.
